Registration for all Avon High School Rowers

Submit all paperwork and fees by the season deadlines. See Avon High School Athletics web page for the most current AHS required forms and policies:

Hand in as follows:

1. To the Nurse: Sports Exam Form - give to the Nurses in exchange for the Sports Card.

2. To coach: Athletic Emergency Card, Athletic Permission Form, Sports Card from Nurse

3. Clothing Orders: - Deadline Sunday September 11

4. Registration and registration fee: - $110 payable to AHS Booster Club - Deadline September 16

5. To the main office by first regatta Sept 16th: Fall Pay-to-Play form along with $175 fee.

All athletes are required to read and agree to the following documents:

AHS Athletics Handbook, the Rowing Safety Guidelines and Rowing Emergency Procedures.

All athlete's must also complete an online US Rowing Waivers at both Regatta Central and Ronin Racing 1 week before first race:
