Race Locations
Chase. Lake Quassapaug, Waterbury, Ct
1. From I-84 heading West: (From Hartford, Bristol, Cheshire, Waterbury)
2. I-84 West to exit 17. Go
straight off the exit onto Rt. 64.
3.Continue on Rt. 64 for approximately
four miles and the park will be on the right.
4. Race lake is next to Quassy Amusement Park
CPSRA - Lake Waramaug; New Preston, CT
1. Route 4 west through Farmington and Unionville, turn left to
follow 4 through Burlington and Harwinton.
2. Go straight to merge with Route 118 west. Follow 118 to Litchfield.
3. In Litchfield, go straight to merge with Route 202 west. Follow 202
to New Preston.
4. In New Preston, take a right onto Route 45 just after passing under
the traffic light.
5. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto North Shore Road. Follow this
road around the lake to the state park.
E.O. Smith - 116 Lake
Street, Coventry, Ct
1. I-84 E via the ramp to Hartford 12.4 mi
2. Take exit 59 to merge onto I-384 E toward Providence
3. Continue onto US-44 E/US-44 Alt E
4. Turn right at CT-31 S/Main St
5.Turn right at Lake St, (look for the first entrance to Patriots Park)
6. Turn right at the first park entrance past the cemetery.
Glastonbury-
Seaboard Marina, 684 Tryon Street, South Glastonbury, Ct
1. From Hartford, take RT 2 East towards Norwich
2. Exit 7 (RT 17), which is a left hand exit
3. Stay straight on RT 17 until you see a Mobile Station on your left
4. Take a Right at the light just past the Mobil (this is RT 160 towards the Ferry)
5. This road turns into Tryon St.
6. Stay straight on this road for about 2 miles and Seaboard will be on the RIGHT...you can't miss it
Indian Well State Park, Shelton, CT
1. Take 84 east to 91 south.
2. Take 91 south to exit 17 and merge onto Route 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) south.
3. Take Route 15 south 21.8 miles to exit 58.
4. At exit 58 take Route 34 west to Derby (3.7 miles).
5. Turn left at Bridge Street.
6. After 0.2 miles go right on Route 110.
7. Follow Route 110 for 3 miles and turn right on E. Village Road.
8. Follow E. Village Road for 1 mile and turn right at Village Drive.
9. Follow Village Drive for 1 mile and turn left at Tahmore Place. The park entrance is 500 feet down the road.
Litchfield - Bantam Lake, Litchfield, Ct
1. Take Route 4 west.
2. After passing through Farmington and Unionville, turn left to follow 4 through Burlington and Harwinton.
3. Go straight to merge with Route 118 west. Follow 118 to Litchfield.
4. In Litchfield, go straight to merge with Route 202 west. Follow 202 to Bantam.
5. In Bantam, turn left onto Route 209 south.
6. After 1 mile, turn left onto North Shore Road.
7. After another mile, turn right onto a dirt driveway that leads to the boathouse.
Middletown - Connecticut River; Harbor Park, Middletown, CT
1. Take Route 9 south.
2. Take exit 14 and turn left off the ramp.
3. At the first traffic light, turn left.
4. Bear left passing under the Route 9 bridge. The boathouse and marina are on the right.
Mystic Seaport - Mystic Seaport. 75 Greenmanville Ave, Mystic, CT
1. Take CT-9 S
2. Take the exit onto I-95 N/US-1 N toward New London/Providence, Continue to follow I-95 N
3. Take exit 89 for Allyn St
4. Turn right at Allyn St
5. Take the 1st left onto Sandy Hollow Rd
6. Turn right at High St
7. Take the 1st left onto Starr St
8. Starr St turns right and becomes Pearl St
Riverfront - Riverside Park Boathouse, Hartford, Ct (Spring Races)
1. Take I-84 East to Exit 51, I-91 North
2. Take Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Liebert Rd.
3. The park entrance is on your left.
Riverfront - Charter Oak Landing, Hartford, Ct (Fall Races)
1.Take I-84 East to Exit 52, I-91 South
2. Take Exit 27, Airport Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Airport Rd.
3. At the end of Airport Rd, turn left onto Brainard Rd,
4.Take your first left onto Reserve Rd. The park entrance is on your right under the Charter Oak Bridge.
